Great question! If you were creating a .pdf workbook, you’d want to make that 8.5″ x 11″ so someone could print it off. If it’s a digital ebook or something, you could make it square (maybe 9″ x 9″) or I’ve even seen some ebooks that are landscape (maybe 8″ x 12″) I think it really depends on what your optin is, and how you intend it to be used. 🙂
